Delicious dish made with left over braai chops perfect for the morning after the tjop and dop
Left over braai chops (works well with any left over braai meat)
5ml crushes ginger and garlic if you haven’t used any before braaiing add 10ml
50ml sunflower oil
2 or 3 large onions chopped finely
5ml salt
3-4 chillies
1 sprigs of curry leaf
10 finely chopped tomatoes
Fresh coriander to garnish
1Heat pan add oil
2Add chopped onions and
3Salt sauté until golden brown
4Add curry leaves and chillies and sauté for a few seconds
5Stir in ginger and garlic add tomato’s
6Simmer until chutney thickens and tomato softens
7Place chops in chutney cook for 10 mins in low garnish with coriander and serve with fresh white bread or rice
