A spin off from the traditional Braai broodjie, by just adding some basil and chutney it will make your guest want more.

8 Slices bread
8 Slices cheese
9 Fresh basil leaves
1 bottle of chutney
1Spread one side of bread with a layer of chutney. Top with cheese, a few slices tomato & onion and put three basil leaves on top of it all. Stack another slice on to finish it off.
2Butter on both side of every toasty (these will form a crispy and delicious layer).Then put them on the braai (we recommend putting them in a foldable grill), turn around regularly until dark golden brown, and serve.
