

Classic Beef Burger

A classic beef burger, braaied to perfection and served on toasted sesame seed buns. Quick, easy and delicious.

Directions
1In a large mixing bowl, mix together the beef mince, garlic, onion, Worcestershire sauce and plenty of seasoning.
2Divide the mixture into four and using a Burger Press (or your hands) mould the meat in to burger patties.
3Set up the braai for direct cooking at a medium heat and braai the burgers for 12 –16 minutes, turning once until cooked through.
4For cheeseburgers, top the burgers with the cheese for the last 2 - 3 minutes of braaiing time.
5Arrange the burger buns or rolls cut side down around the burgers for the last 2 – 3 minutes of braaiing time to toast.
6To serve, put one burger onto one half of each bun, add the topping of your choice and place the remaining half of the bun on top.
