This chicken is very spicy yet succelent and a winner. If you want to have a milder chicken then reduce the amount of cayenne pepper and omit the dried chillie flakes

Ingredients
1 full chicken washed and dried
Remove backbone
Marinate with
1 Tablespoon fine salt
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
Cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon chicken spice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon cooking oil
1/2 tablespoon dried chilli flakes
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Directions
1Marinate the chicken with above ingredients.
2The longer the better.
3Cook over host coals.
4When almost done baste with a mixture of (1/2 cup fresh cream plus 1/2 cup peri peri sauce mixed together)
