Deliciously juicy steaks basted in a butter thyme and garlic sauce so tasty you may lick your plate clean

Ingredients
For the sauce
4 tablespoons good quality butter
4 sprigs of thyme
2 cloves of garlic
For the steak marinade
1 teaspoon sweet smoked paprika
Half a cup of jimmys sauce
Half a teaspoon yellow mustard seeds
Cracked black pepper
Salt
Directions
1Start your fire
2Grab your steaks and marinate set aside
3On the stove heat a pan add your butter thyme and garlic and sauté on a low flame till garlic has a bit of color Set aside
4When your fire has reached a temperature of your liking grab your steaks and seal baste with butter sauce and sear till medium rare or to your liking baste with more butter sauce and Sprinkle with salt to taste enjoy on its own or with a salad and cheesy garlic bread
