30-DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS. If you buy something from us and end up not getting what you expected, we will gladly collect your order and offer a full refund. The only catch (and its not really a catch but rather standard policy) is that the product be unused and still within its original packaging and condition – this is understandable, agreed? If your item is used but has some or other issue or defect, we will also gladly collect the product and either have it fixed or replaced as soon as possible. With a

PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE! Yes, if you find something we sell somewhere else online in South Africa, that isn’t on sale and includes free delivery, we’ll match it. The sales and delivery issue is an obvious exception as we aren’t able to match prices that are on sale or under some or another clearance. In fact if you find something we sell on a sale or under clearance and the price is a WIN for you, we recommend you buy from them even if we helped you find the right option. Selling braai’s is important but building a new relationship and growing our braai community means more. Lastly, this only applies to pre-purchase where we will apply a coupon for the order. Unfortunately we are unable to refund, or pay the difference back, to customers who have already placed an order.
