We deliver across South Africa. Check the product’s delivery information and calculator, then your final charge at checkout. Free delivery applies to qualifying products and areas; outlying areas and some brands have different arrangements.
03 / 14-day returns. Clear conditions.
Changed your mind? Tell us within 14 days after delivery. Standard products are covered, even when they’re made after you order. Within 7 days you pay only the return transport; on days 8–14 a small administration charge of at most 5% may apply, always agreed upfront. Free delivery stays free.
04 / Found the same item for less?
Send us the link before you buy. We match the same product at a South African online retailer when it is at a regular price and includes free delivery. Sale and clearance prices are excluded.
Price matching is agreed before purchase and applied with a coupon. We cannot refund or pay back the difference after an order has been placed.
