It gets up to temperature quickly and its 4.5 mm steel holds the heat: great for stir-fries and pan-seared steaks. The small pan fits Chad-O-Chef 3- to 6-burner gas grills, the medium 4- to 6-burner and the large the 5- and 6-burner grills. What does it fit?
Chad-O-Chef gas grills. The small pan fits the 3-, 4-, 5- and 6-burner grills, the medium pan the 4-, 5- and 6-burner grills, and the large pan the 5- and 6-burner grills. Not sure? Tell us your grill model and we will check.
Which size should I choose?
Always a pan at least one size smaller than your gas grill. The 2B, 3B and 4B markings name the pan size, not the grill it fits.
What is it made of, and what can I cook on it?
304-grade stainless steel, 4.5 mm thick. It gets up to temperature quickly, and its 4.5 mm thickness helps it hold the heat well: great for eastern-style stir-fries and pan-seared steaks.
How big is each pan?
Small 350 × 350 mm, medium 525 × 350 mm and large 700 × 350 mm. These are nominal pan sizes, not the usable cooking area. Ask us for the full size with the handles.
How do I use it on the grill?
Keep the grill's top grids in place and set the pan level and secure on them. Never cover the whole grilling area, while you cook or while the grill is still hot.
How do I clean it?
Let the pan cool before you soak it. Never cool a hot pan quickly with water.
Do I get all three sizes?
No. Each pan is sold on its own: choose the size on this page. The photo shows all three sizes together.
