This is the shallow version of Jetmaster's four-burner gas insert, made for building into a recess. Its exterior, burners and deflector plates are 304 stainless steel, and the combined grid has room for chops, wors and veg. The igniter, regulator, orange hose, copper piping and installation manual all come with it.

The drawing marks the appliance height: ask us to confirm it before you plan the recess.

LUNCH BY THE POOL

Lit before the swimmers are dry.

The burners are on, the plates are stacked and the grid is ready. Chops and wors for whoever climbs out first, mielies and veg alongside, and no coals to wait for on a hot day. Built into the counter, the grill keeps the cook part of the party.

The stone counter, timber cabinets, plants and tableware are not included. Plan the recess and the gas connection with an independent installer.

THE GRILL

Four burners along the grid.

Four gas burners sit under a combined cooking grid of 795 × 285 mm: a long, narrow space for chops, wors, sosaties and veg. The igniter lights them, so lunch starts when you are ready, not when the coals are.

THE STEEL

Built from 304 stainless steel.

Jetmaster makes the exterior, the burners and the deflector plates from 304 stainless steel. Clean the grid once it has cooled and keep the steel dry between braais: the warranty does not cover corrosion or discolouration.

THE GAS FITTINGS

The fittings come with it.

A regulator, an orange hose and copper piping come with the grill, along with Jetmaster’s installation manual for your installer. Jetmaster describes the grill as LPGSA approved.

What is included?

Jetmaster’s four-burner shallow gas grill, code D30090000, in 304 stainless steel, with its cooking grid and igniter. A regulator, an orange hose, copper piping and an installation manual come with it. The gas supply, the recess or counter it is built into, and the installation are not included.

Is this the shallow or the deep model?

This is the shallow model, Jetmaster code D30090000: a four-burner gas insert that is 415 mm deep, listed for built-in installation. The deep four-burner model is a different product.

What comes with it for the gas connection?

A regulator, an orange hose and copper piping are included, and Jetmaster describes the grill as LPGSA approved. The gas supply is not included. Have an independent installer connect the gas and check the whole set-up before you light the grill.

How much cooking space is there?

The combined cooking grid is 795 mm wide and 285 mm deep, over four gas burners: room for chops, wors and veg along the length of the grill.

How much space does it need?

The appliance is 805 mm wide and 415 mm deep. Ask us to confirm its height before you plan the recess. These are the appliance’s own sizes, not a cut-out size, so have an independent installer check the actual unit, its support, ventilation and clearances before building.

Can I build it in, or use it on a counter?

Jetmaster lists this shallow model for built-in installation, set into a recess. If you want a grill that stands on a counter or on its own, ask us before you order. An independent installer plans the recess around the actual unit.

Can you help with my setup?

Yes. Send a photo and the measurements of your space for a product and configuration quote, and we will help you plan where the grill goes. We do not install: arrange the recess and the gas connection with an independent installer.

What does the warranty cover?

Jetmaster covers gas grills and gas grill inserts for 12 months against defects in materials and workmanship, with normal use and maintenance, in a domestic environment. Corrosion and discolouration are excluded, as are misuse, wear, unapproved modifications, installation or maintenance failures and specified parts in the flame path. Keep your proof of purchase: without it, the warranty does not apply. Ask us for the full terms.
