Simmer a sauce on the side burner while the main grill works, and use the ceramic infrared back burner for roasting. The rotisserie kit is an optional extra.

The circular grill insert lifts out for Outback MCS accessories, such as a pizza stone, griddle or wok, sold separately.

Measure with the side tables up.
Allow 1,890 mm of width with the side tables up, 600 mm of depth and about 1,700 mm of height with the lid open. Keep clear space around the braai, and have a qualified gas installer check the connection.

What is included?
The Signature II arrives fully assembled, with four main burners, a side burner, an infrared back burner, a charcoal basket, a warming rack, folding side tables, drawers and a cabinet, plus a gas hose and regulator. The gas cylinder is not included.
How does the hybrid work?
Cook on gas, or put Outback coconut-shell briquettes in the charcoal basket for charcoal flavour. Use the parts and steps in the Outback instructions for each fuel.
How much cooking space is there?
The main grill is 660 × 432 mm, not counting the side burner. The warming rack keeps food warm while you cook.
Is the rotisserie included?
No. The electric rotisserie kit is an optional extra, and so is the cover. The charcoal basket is included.
What is the Multi-Cooking Surface?
The circular section of the grill lifts out so you can fit Outback MCS accessories, such as a pizza stone, griddle or wok. These are sold separately.
How much space do I need?
With the side tables up, it is 1,890 mm wide; folded, 1,338 mm; removed, 1,258 mm. It is 600 mm deep and 1,240 mm high, and about 1,700 mm high with the lid open.
Which gas does it use?
It runs on LP gas with the supplied hose and regulator. Have a qualified gas installer check the cylinder and connection before first use.
What else is built in?
It has a large temperature gauge, auto electronic ignition, a tool rack and a magnetic bottle opener.
Is this the Signature II?
Yes. This is the Outback Signature II 4 Burner Hybrid in stainless steel, code OUT370759. It is smaller than the Signature Pro 4, and the sizes on this page are for this model.
