The TAI 35 keeps things simple: it burns wood, and nothing else. Your installer can take the flue out of the top or the back, whichever suits the room, and the stove is rated at 80.7% efficiency, so more of every log ends up as warmth. It weighs 85 kg and stands on its own legs, so it needs no built-in opening. The installation manual is under Plan your setup.

THE FLUE

The flue connects on top, with its centre 100 mm from the back, or at the rear, with its centre 610 mm above the floor. We confirm the flue size and parts for your setup before you order them.
THE STOVE
On its own four legs.
The TAI 35 is a freestanding stove: its legs lift the body 230 mm off the floor, so it needs no built-in opening. Place it on a suitable hearth, as the installation manual describes.

What is included?
The Dovre TAI 35 wood stove in black, on its legs. Flue pipes, accessories and installation are not included. An outside-air connection is not listed as supplied with this model.
Which fuel does it burn?
Wood only. The TAI 35 is a wood-burning stove. Burn dry firewood and follow the manual.

How much space does it need?

Is it freestanding?
Yes. The TAI 35 stands on its own legs, so it needs no built-in opening. Place it on a suitable hearth, with the clearances from the manual.
What does the guarantee cover?
The main body of the stove has a five-year limited warranty from the South African distributor. Ask us for the full terms.
