Make fresh coals in the ember maker on the right and braai on the grid beside it. The ash pan is built in, and the ash lid closes it up. Set it on its short feet on a suitable outdoor counter or support, with easy access to the grid and ember maker and safe space around the fire.
MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME OUTSIDE
A quick braai for two on a weeknight, or a slow potjie while friends gather round. On your outdoor counter, the fire sits right where the conversation is.
Counter, surround, furniture and food are not included. Use a stable, non-combustible support and allow safe space around the braai.

THE POTJIE
Hang a potjie from the hook for a slow, simmering pot, and use the poker to tend the coals.
THE CLEAN-UP
The ash pan is built into the body. Let the coals and ash cool fully before you empty it, and keep the braai dry between uses.
MEASURE THE WHOLE SETUP
Plan the counter around the braai.
The braai is 800 mm wide, 480 mm deep and 440 mm high overall (the body is 330 mm high). These are product dimensions, not a recess size. Use a stable, non-combustible support and keep safe space around the fire.
