SMALL BRAAI, BIG LID

A compact braai.
Room for a roast.

Made for balconies and small patios, the Q1100N puts one 2.93 kW burner under a tall domed lid, so a roast cooks with the lid closed. The enamelled cast-iron grates hold the heat across the whole surface. Set the heat at the front, press the button to light it, and keep an eye on the lid thermometer while you cook.

What is included?

You get the portable gas braai with its high-domed lid, enamelled cast-iron cooking grates, lid thermometer, front temperature control and push-button ignition. No stand, side tables or gas cylinder are included.

Which gas supply does it use?

This is the South African LPG model. Use the hose, regulator and gas connection specified for the actual unit. Confirm the correct supply before use.

How much can I cook?

The cooking area is 1,290 cm² on enamelled cast-iron grates. The tall domed lid leaves room to roast larger portions with the lid closed.

How hot does it get?

The 2.93 kW burner heats up quickly and holds a high heat for searing, up to a maximum of 316 °C. The infinite control valve lets you set the heat precisely.

Can I build it into a counter?

No. Keep this portable model on its own stable, heat-resistant surface with ventilation and clear access. Do not enclose it in cabinetry.

Is a stand included?

No stand or side tables are included with this Q1100N. The separate Q1200N with stand is a different product.

How much space does the lid need?

With the lid open, the braai is 660 mm wide, 640 mm high and 560 mm deep. Closed, it is 660 × 380 × 440 mm.

What is the warranty?

Cover varies by part. The cookbox, lid, burner tubes, grates and plastic components have five-year cover under the applicable terms. Remaining parts have two-year cover.
