The firebox and smoke gather are heavy-duty, bead-blasted mild steel, behind a 304 stainless-steel frame, fascia and door. Grill over the coals while the charcoal starter to the right of the grid gets fresh ones going. Hang a potjie from the swivel arm, and open the door into a prep table that slides under the unit.

What does “Hybrid” mean?
The body is mild steel, with a heavy-duty, bead-blasted firebox and smoke gather. The front frame, fascia and door are 304 stainless steel. This model burns wood or charcoal.
Are the flue, cowl and insulation included?
No. Choose them under Complete your setup, or send a photo and measurements for a flue and configuration quote. Building materials and installation are separate.
How much height should I allow?
The body is 708 mm high and the gather above it is 308 mm. Together they are 1,016 mm high before the flue. The body is 1,052 mm wide and 475 mm deep; the front frame is 1,100 mm wide. Check the actual unit before building the surround.
How much cooking space is there?
The nickel-plated grid is 785 × 420 mm. The charcoal starter sits to the right. The potjie hook and light fitting are also included.
How do I choose the flue route?
This unit uses a 250 mm round flue. The optional straight pipes are 1,200 mm long and have formed ends for joining. The fitted length depends on joint overlap. Have an independent installer check the height, support, roof exit and any bends. Send your measurements for a flue and configuration quote.
Which insulation blanket size is available?
Large is 6,000 × 500 × 25 mm. Small is 5,000 × 350 × 25 mm. Ask your installer to confirm the required coverage and safe clearances before you choose.
How much room does the door need?
The reinforced door has a handle bar. It opens to form a prep surface and can slide under the unit. Keep its working area clear. Have your installer check the full movement on the actual unit before fixing counters or cabinetry nearby.
