Light the four burners with the Piezo ignition and grill on stainless-steel bar grids that go in the dishwasher. When it is time for a roast, seat the dome in the grill and let the electric motor do the turning while the built-in thermometer shows the heat. The cabinet rolls on four castors, with two doors and a cutting board.
Never run all the burners on high with the dome closed.

A SLOW MORNING ON THE DECK

Salad on its way.
Late morning on the deck, the dome open and four sosaties sizzling over the gas. One of you turns the skewers while the other brings the salad to the side shelf. Roll the Sizzler to where you want it, and lunch is never far away.
The deck, plants, food, salad bowl, condiments and tongs are not included. Have a registered gas installer connect the gas.

THE DOME
A rotisserie that does the turning.
The dome sits in the grill on the channels that carry the top grids. Its electric motor turns up to 7.5 kg, so balance the load, and it needs an electrical connection. Never run all the burners on high with the dome closed.
THE TROLLEY
Storage below, wheels underneath.
The cabinet has two doors and rolls on four castor wheels, and a cutting board comes with it. Use the Sizzler outdoors, or on a patio with at least one open side.

What is included?
The four-burner Sizzler gas grill with its stainless-steel dust cover, drip tray and instruction manual; the rotisserie dome with its electric motor and built-in thermometer; and the mobile cabinet with two doors, four castor wheels and a cutting board. The canvas cover and stir-fry pans are sold separately.
Which gas does it use?
LPG. The grill needs 2.8 kPa operating pressure and uses at most 0.28 kg of gas an hour per burner. Chad-O-Chef makes natural gas as a separate option, not one you can choose on this page, so ask us if you need it. A registered gas installer must connect the gas.
Stainless steel or coastal grade: what is the difference?
On the rotisserie dome, the stainless-steel option is grade 304 for inland use and the coastal option is grade 316. Choose the option on this page, and ask us to confirm the grade of the trolley for your choice before you order.
How does the rotisserie work?
Fit the dome into the grill on the channels that carry the top grids, then put the grids back. The electric motor turns up to 7.5 kg, so balance the load, and it must be connected to an electrical supply. Watch the heat on the built-in thermometer, and never run all the burners on high with the dome closed.
How much cooking space is there?
The grilling area is 692 × 350 mm, on 6 mm stainless-steel bar grids that are dishwasher safe. Chad-O-Chef offers Hot Rock and Flame Tamers to spread the heat; ask us which one comes with your braai.
Where can I use it?
Outdoors, or on a patio with at least one open side, for domestic use only. The cabinet rolls on four castor wheels, so you can move it to the spot you want.
How much space do I need?
The grill is 750 mm wide and 490 mm deep with its controls, and each side shelf reaches 333 mm out from the cabinet. The dome is 270 mm high closed and 430 mm open, and the motor and handle stand 120 mm and 100 mm out at its sides. Ask us to confirm the full trolley size before you plan a tight space, and leave room to open the dome.
How do I look after it?
Store the dome in a dry, sheltered place when you are not using it, because the thermometer is not waterproof. The grids are dishwasher safe, and the stainless-steel dust cover comes with the grill.
What does the guarantee cover?
Chad-O-Chef gives a 36-month guarantee on the gas grill. Ask us for the terms that apply to the dome, the motor and the trolley.
