The Bow keeps things simple: one air control sets the fire. Logs up to 50 cm go in through the curved door, so there is less sawing to do. Vermiculite plates line the firebox, and the ash tray keeps the clean-up quick. The wood base grounds the oval body, and the flue connects neatly on top.

Cards on the table, a glass of red and an old friend across from you. The Bow's curved door puts the fire on show across the room, and the wood base keeps the look solid and grounded. Add a log, deal again, and let the evening run as long as it likes.
The flue pipe, stone hearth plate, stone wall, log basket, furniture and décor are not included. Have an independent installer confirm the hearth, flue route and clearances.

What is included?
The Dovre Bow stove in black on its wood base, with its door and an ash tray. Flue pipes, other accessories and installation are not included.
Which fuel does it burn?
Wood. The firebox takes logs up to 50 cm long. Burn dry firewood and follow Dovre's manual.

How do I run the fire?
With a single air control, so there is one setting to learn. Vermiculite inner plates line the firebox. An ash tray comes with the stove: let the ash cool fully before you empty it, and read the manual before the first fire.
Can I keep firewood in the wood base?
Ask us before you do, and check the manual with your installer. Until we confirm it for your setup, keep your logs in a basket nearby, at the distance your installer advises.

How much space does it need?
The Bow on its wood base is 700 mm wide and 865 mm high without the top collar, and weighs 140 kg. The body is 430 mm deep, or 460 mm with the front hardware. Dovre's minimum distances to combustible materials are 1,400 mm in front, 450 mm at the sides, 550 mm behind and 750 mm above, and 100 mm to non-combustible materials. Your installer applies the full list from the manual.
