The Maluti 760 stands against a wall on its own plinth, with a curved black mild-steel front and glass at the sides. A coal-finish gas grate carries the flames, and as a vent-free fire it needs no flue or chimney. Home Fires describes piezo spark ignition for the grate. The day is done, the tea is poured and the gas fire is already glowing against the wall. The flames show through the open front and the glass sides, so the whole lounge gets the view. No logs to fetch, no fire to build: just put your feet up and stay a while.
