MORE ABOUT THE ADHARA

Built in.
Easy to live with.

The built-in Adhara is a slow-combustion stove from Jetmaster's Star Range, in mild steel. Vermiculite boards line the firebox, a cast grid holds the fire and the ash pan comes out when it is time to clean. The heavy-duty outer body is smooth and the door lightly sandblasted. Load it with wood or charcoal and pull up a chair.

Confirm the flue parts with us before you choose the flue pipe on this page.

GAME ON BY THE FIRE

Deal another hand.

Cards on the table, a bowl of nuts and the fire glowing behind the door. Built into the chimney breast, the Adhara keeps the room open and the warmth close, so a quick game easily turns into the whole afternoon. Loser makes the coffee.

The stone chimney breast, firewood, furniture and décor are not included. Plan the opening, flue and clearances with an independent installer.

A LITTLE PRACTICAL THINKING

Warmth you can build around.

THE HEAT

12 kW, as Jetmaster lists it.

Jetmaster lists a heat output of 12 kW for the Adhara. Our Output Calculator uses 12 kW to compare the stove with your room.

THE FIREBOX

Easy to clean out.

Vermiculite boards line the firebox and the cast grid holds the fire. The ash pan is removable, so clearing out the ash is a quick job once it is cold.

THE FLUE

Plan the flue with the build.

The stove has a 150 mm round flue connection, and the flue comes in separate 1,200 mm sections. Plan the route and the roof exit with an independent installer before the building work starts.

GOOD TO KNOW

Plan your setup.

An installation manual comes with the stove. Plan the opening and the flue with it before the building work starts.

What is included?

The Jetmaster Adhara built-in stove: a mild-steel body and front frame with a lightly sandblasted door, vermiculite inner boards, a cast grid and a removable ash pan. A poker and the installation manual come with it. The 150 mm flue pipe is an option on this page, sold separately.

How much heat does it give?

Jetmaster lists a heat output of 12 kW for the Adhara, without saying whether that is nominal or maximum. Our Output Calculator uses 12 kW. Jetmaster also lists a heating area of 160 m². Insulation, ceiling height and climate change how warm a room feels.

Which fuel can I burn?

Wood or charcoal, as Jetmaster lists it. Ask us before you plan to burn anything else.

How much space do I need?

With the frame, the front is 830 mm wide and 690 mm high. The body behind it is 756 mm wide and 649 mm high. Ask us for the depth of the current unit before you build; we confirm it with Jetmaster. These are stove dimensions, not the building opening, so have your installer confirm the cut-out and safe clearances against the actual unit.

Which flue does it need?

The stove has a 150 mm round flue connection, and a separate flue section is 1,200 mm long. Have an independent installer check the height, support, roof exit and any bends.

Is the flue included?

No. The 150 mm flue pipe is an option on this page, sold separately. For the cowl and the rest of the flue route, send a photo and measurements for a product and flue configuration quote.

How do I clean it?

Let the fire burn out and the ash cool, then take out the removable ash pan and empty it. The cast grid holds the fire, and vermiculite boards line the firebox.

What does the guarantee cover?

Jetmaster gives five years on its slow-combustion fireplace boxes against defects in materials and workmanship, with normal domestic use and maintenance. Glass, handles, vermiculite, seals and other parts in the flame path are excluded, and accessories have their own terms. Ask us for the full terms.

Can you help with my setup?

Yes. Send a photo and measurements for a product and flue configuration quote. We do not install, so arrange installation with an independent installer.
