The Phoenix is Jetmaster's freestanding slow-combustion fireplace. Vermiculite boards line the firebox and no grate is needed, so lighting up and cleaning out stay simple. The open log box is built in underneath, so the next logs wait right where you need them. The outer body is mild steel, made to stand on its own in the room.

THE FIRE

Simple to run.

The Phoenix needs no grate, and vermiculite boards line the firebox. Light the fire, close it up and let the slow-combustion fireplace do the work.

THE LOG BOX

Your next logs, right there.

The open log box is built into the fireplace, so the next logs wait right where you need them, with no basket on the floor.

THE FLUE

A 150 mm round flue.

Flue pipes come in 1,200 mm sections. Plan the route and the height with your installer, and send us a photo and measurements for a flue quote.

What is included?

The Jetmaster Phoenix freestanding slow-combustion fireplace: a mild-steel body with vermiculite inner boards and an open log box built in. No grate is needed. Flue pipes, a cowl and installation are not included.

How much heat does it give?

Jetmaster lists a heat output of 15 kW for the Phoenix. Our heat calculator uses that 15 kW figure when it compares the fireplace with your room.

Which fuel can I burn?

Ask us to confirm the fuels Jetmaster approves for the Phoenix before your first fire.

Does it need a grate?

No. The Phoenix needs no grate. Vermiculite boards line the firebox.

Is the flue included?

No. The Phoenix takes a round 150 mm flue, and flue pipes come in 1,200 mm sections. Send a photo and measurements for a flue and configuration quote, and we confirm the pipes, cowl and other parts for your room.

How much space do I need?

The Phoenix body is 872 mm wide and 959 mm high. Ask us for the depth before you plan a tight space: we confirm it with Jetmaster. Your installer checks the actual unit and the safe clearances around it.

Is it freestanding or built in?

Freestanding. The Phoenix stands on its own in the room, with the open log box built into it. Plan the hearth, the flue and the clearances with an independent installer.

Is there an installation manual?

Ask us for Jetmaster's installation instructions for the Phoenix. Your installer needs them to plan the flue and the clearances.

What does the guarantee cover?

Jetmaster covers the slow-combustion fireplace box for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship, under domestic use and Jetmaster's conditions. Wear parts and glass are excluded. Ask us for the full statement.
