Three sides of glass.
One big fire.
The Panorama is a freestanding slow-combustion wood fireplace with glass on three sides, so the flames show from the front and from both sides. It gives a nominal 20 kW of heat, and the flue runs from the top or the rear. Four cast-iron legs, a flue connector with its gasket, baffle and cover plates and a heat-resistant glove come with it.
Flue pipes, a cowl and an escutcheon plate are chosen separately under Complete your setup.

TAKE YOUR TIME
Mountains outside.
A fire inside.
A long afternoon, a half-finished puzzle and the mountains through the glass. The Panorama keeps the lounge warm while the light changes outside, and with glass on three sides, the fire is part of the view from wherever you sit.
The flue pipe, hearth, furniture, puzzle and décor are not included. Flue pipes and a cowl are options on this page; plan the hearth and clearances with an independent installer.
A LITTLE PRACTICAL THINKING
Choose the flue, then light the fire.
THE FLUE
Top or rear.
The 150 mm flue connects on top or at the rear. Add flue pipes and a cowl under Complete your setup, or send a photo and measurements for a flue quote. A standard flue section is 1,200 mm long.
THE GLASS
A view from three sides.
Glass on the front and both sides lets the fire show to more of the room, so think about where you sit most when you choose its spot.

GOOD TO KNOW
Plan your setup.
Read your instruction manual before you plan the installation.
What is included?
The Jetmaster Panorama with four cast-iron legs, a flue connector with its gasket, two top baffle plates, a flue cover plate, screws, a heat-resistant glove and a set of vermiculite or cast-iron lining plates. Flue pipes, a cowl and an escutcheon plate are chosen separately under Complete your setup.
Which fuel does it burn?
Wood. That's the listed fuel for the Panorama. Ask us before you plan to burn anything else.
How much heat does it give?
The Panorama has a nominal heat output of 20 kW in Jetmaster's wood-log test. Our Output Calculator uses 20 kW to compare the fireplace with your room. Insulation, ceiling height and climate change how warm a room feels.
Is it freestanding or built-in?
Freestanding. The Panorama stands on its four cast-iron legs; it is not a built-in fireplace.
Where does the flue connect?
On top or at the rear, through a 150 mm flue connection. The flue connector with its gasket and a flue cover plate come in the box. Plan the route with an independent installer.
Is the flue included?
No. Choose flue pipes and a cowl under Complete your setup, or send a photo and measurements for a flue and configuration quote. A standard flue section is 1,200 mm long, for the 150 mm flue.
Can I see the fire from the side?
Yes. The Panorama has glass on three sides: the front and both sides.
How much space does it need?
The Panorama is 774 mm wide and 480 mm deep, without the handle. The published heights and weights differ, so ask us to confirm them before you plan a tight fit. Your installer sets the hearth and clearances from the manual.
What does the guarantee cover?
The Panorama's fireplace box has a three-year Jetmaster guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, in domestic use, subject to maintenance and exclusions. It is not a blanket cover for wear parts, glass, corrosion or accessories. Ask us for the full terms.
Can you help with my setup?
Yes. Send a photo, your room measurements and roof details for a product and flue configuration quote. We do not install, so arrange installation with an independent installer.
