THE FLAME
A real flame without the wood.
Light it with the piezo spark, and an ODS safety pilot keeps watch on the oxygen around the fire. Choose gas logs with ceramic ash, or diamond black glass, for the look you like.

WhatsApp UsYOUR FIRE PIT, YOUR WAY
Build the fire pit to suit your garden, then set this burner into a round cut-out in the top. Press the piezo igniter and a real flame rises over gas logs with ceramic ash or diamond black glass, with no wood to chop or carry. The logs are a decorative fuel bed, so this is a gas fire through and through.
WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN
After the braai, pull the chairs closer and keep talking around the flame. The fire lights at the press of a button and goes off just as easily when the evening ends.
The fire pit enclosure, seating and garden are not included. A registered gas installer must confirm the gas supply, ventilation and clearances.
A LITTLE PRACTICAL THINKING
THE FLAME
Light it with the piezo spark, and an ODS safety pilot keeps watch on the oxygen around the fire. Choose gas logs with ceramic ash, or diamond black glass, for the look you like.
THE BUILD
The burner pan sits in a 400 mm round cut-out in the top of your fire pit. Two vent panels come with it, so plan where they go in the enclosure when you build.
THE SPOT
Use it outdoors where there is plenty of fresh air, away from strong draughts such as narrow walkways. Wind can affect how the burner works.
MEASURE THE WHOLE SETUP
Plan the cut-out, vents and clearances together.
Keep 1,500 mm clear above the fire pit, 800 mm to the sides and 300 mm underneath. These are product and clearance dimensions, not a full fire-pit design; have a registered gas installer check the enclosure, gas supply and ventilation.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plan the enclosure, gas supply and clearances before you build.
The LPG fire-pit burner with its pan, piezo igniter and ODS safety pilot, your chosen fuel-bed finish and two 260 × 110 mm vent panels. The fire pit enclosure, gas cylinder, regulator and gas installation are separate.
No. The logs are a decorative gas fuel bed. This is an LPG burner kit, not a wood-burning fire bowl.
Choose gas logs with ceramic ash for a log-fire look (the set has five logs), or diamond black glass for a modern look. Both sit on the same burner.
Cut a 400 mm round hole in the top of the fire pit. The burner pan is 424 mm across, a little wider than the hole, and its inner diameter is 386 mm.
Keep at least 1,500 mm clear above the fire pit, 800 mm to the sides and 300 mm underneath. Use it outdoors with plenty of fresh air, and avoid strong draughts such as narrow walkways, because wind can affect the burner.
It runs on LPG at 2.8 kPa operating pressure, with a regulator of at least 4 kg/h. The maximum input is 11.4 kW (41 MJ/h), and the gas inlet is an 8 mm compression fitting. A registered gas installer must connect it.
Press the piezo spark igniter to light it. The ODS safety pilot watches the oxygen level and needs at least 18.5% oxygen in the air to stay lit.
No. It is an outdoor burner kit. Install it in an open outdoor area with ample ventilation.
