What output does your room need?

Find the right amount of warmth

Enter the dimensions of the space you want to heat. Include any connected open-plan areas.

Room dimensions (m)

For a sloped or open-truss ceiling, use the average height between the lowest and highest points.

Consider roof and wall insulation, glazing and draughts. If unsure, compare the standard and poor settings.

A room-sizing estimate, not a full heat-loss survey. Climate, large windows, draughts and open stairways can change the output needed. We can help confirm a suitable fireplace.

How is this estimated?

Room volume × insulation allowance: 35 W/m³ for very good insulation, 40 W/m³ for standard insulation or 50 W/m³ for poor insulation. Divide by 1,000 for kW. The comparison uses the listed heat output of this fireplace. Ask us to confirm its operating range for your room.

How delivery works

DeliveryHow it works

Because most of our products are huge, it’s difficult for us to keep stock of all of them. For this reason, we deliver a lot of our products directly from our suppliers and manufacturers, to offer you a great price and a fresh braai and a warm fireplace.

PRIORITY DELIVERYWe will make sure you are kept in the loop at every single step of the way and we will have your order processed as a priority. Tracking number included.

FREE DELIVERYLook, it’s free but we are unable to provide an exact time or take specific delivery requests as we are at the mercy of our suppliers. We still do our best to deliver as quickly as possible and in most cases we are much quicker than the stated turn around time.
