The CUTE 985 frames its fire in glass 789 mm wide, set in a fully welded 5 mm steel firebox with a firebrick lining. Metallic black high-heat paint suits a modern room, and the log base below keeps the next logs within reach. Feed it hardwood, and empty the ash pan once the fire is out and the ash is cold.

QUIET NIGHTS IN
Even the dog agrees.
Evening settles over the city, the lamp is low and the fire glows behind the long glass. The dog has claimed the rug, the couch is calling and there is nowhere else you need to be. Add a log, put your feet up and let the warmth do the rest.
The flue pipe, hearth plate, log basket, firewood, furniture and décor are not included. Have an independent installer confirm the hearth, flue route and clearances.

THE FLUE
Straight up through the top.
The flue connects at the top. The collar stands 50 mm above the body, with a 201.7 mm internal outlet for a 200 mm nominal flue. Send us a photo and measurements for a flue quote.

Plan the stove, floor protector and flue together.
It stands 911 mm to the top of the body; the 50 mm outlet collar and the flue go above that. The casing is 500 mm deep, or 550 mm with its front and rear projections. Keep 800 mm to combustible walls and let an independent installer check the site.

What is included?
The FLAMM CUTE 985 closed combustion fireplace in metallic black, with its log base and the ash pan. Chimney flue pipes, accessories and installation are not included: we quote the flue parts for your setup.
Which fuel does it burn?
Wood. The manual specifies hardwood, so plan your woodpile around it. The log base under the firebox keeps the next logs close at hand.
How much heat does it give?

How big is the glass?
The glass is 789 mm wide and 278 mm high: a long, low view of the flames. Keep household furnishings 1,000 mm from the fireplace.
Where does the flue connect?
At the top. The outlet collar stands 50 mm above the body, with an internal diameter of 201.7 mm, and takes a 200 mm nominal flue. Have an independent installer plan the flue route, height and support for your building.
Is the flue included?
No. Chimney flue pipes and accessories are sold separately, because they depend on your room and roof. Send a photo and measurements for a product and flue configuration quote, and we will help you choose the right parts.
How much space does it need?
The body and the log base are both 983 mm wide. It stands 911 mm to the top of the body (498 mm body on a 396 mm base), before the collar and the flue. The casing is 500 mm deep, 550 mm with its projections. The manual asks for at least 800 mm to combustible walls, 1,200 mm to a combustible ceiling and 1,000 mm to household furnishings.
What does it need underneath?
The manual asks for a floor protector under the fireplace that reaches 400 mm in front of it and 200 mm beyond the sides and the rear. The fireplace weighs 242 kg, so have your installer check that the floor can carry it.
Can it stand in a recess?
In a suitable recess, the manual asks for a free air gap of 200 mm at the sides and top and 50 mm at the rear. That gap is for airflow only and does not replace the 800 mm clearance to combustible walls. Plan it with your independent installer.
How is it made?
The firebox is fully welded from 5 mm steel and has a firebrick lining. The finish is a metallic black high-heat paint.
What does the guarantee cover?
Home Fires gives an extended five-year limited warranty on the main stove body, for new units bought from Home Fires or an authorised retailer. Register it within 30 days, or the term drops to 12 months. It covers the first owner at the first installation, with proof of purchase and professional installation records. Wear parts, glass, linings, seals and finishes are excluded. Ask us for the full terms.
