A wide glass front.
Warmth two ways.

The Phoenix keeps the fire in full view behind its expansive glass front, and warms the room with convection and radiated heat together. Vermiculite boards line the firebox. Outside, the heavy-duty body is smooth mild steel with a lightly sandblasted door, made to build neatly into your wall. Burn wood or charcoal, and settle in.

Pull the armchairs round, dim the lights and let the Phoenix take over. The glass front keeps the flames in view, and convection and radiated heat take the chill out of a cold evening. All that is left is to choose who gets the better chair.

The charcoal chimney breast, armchairs and décor are not included. Plan the flue, the opening and the clearances with an independent installer.

THE HEAT

12 kW, two ways.

The Phoenix built-in has a listed heat output of 12 kW and a heating area of 160 m². It gives convection and radiated heat. Our heat calculator uses the 12 kW figure when it compares the fireplace with your room.

THE FIRE

Wood or charcoal.

Burn wood or charcoal behind the expansive glass front. Vermiculite boards line the firebox, and the poker comes with the fireplace.

THE FLUE

A 150 mm round flue.

The Phoenix built-in connects to a 150 mm round flue, and Jetmaster flue pipe comes in 1,200 mm sections. Choose the pipe and cowl on this page, or send us a photo and measurements for a flue quote.

Which fuel can I use?

No. The Phoenix built-in takes a 150 mm round flue, and Jetmaster flue pipe comes in 1,200 mm sections.
